About Caterpillar Bilingual Childcare

Jennifer Reyes Sandoval is a highly trained early childhood education professional with more than seven years of experience at renowned Massachusetts centers. Her track record is distinguished by a deep commitment to the safety, well-being, and holistic development of children, as well as her leadership in the implementation of structured, modern, and high-quality educational programs.

Since 2018, Jennifer has worked in infant, toddler, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms at institutions such as Little Sprouts, Pine Village Preschool, and Brophy Elementary School in Framingham, MA. Her experience also includes private work as a nanny for Newton and Watertown families which allowed her to develop a deeper more personalized view of child development in the home environment.

Jennifer obtained her associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Urban College of Boston and has all the certifications required by the EEC, in addition to continuous training that strengthens her professional excellence such as the Certificate in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) at Harvard University. Her leadership style is based on transparency, regulatory compliance, organization, and effective communication with families fundamental elements in communities that value trust, structure, and safety.

In 2021 guided by her vocation for service she founded the Donare Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being, education, and support of children in vulnerable situations. Through this foundation Jennifer promotes educational programs, donations, and community activities that reflect her commitment to equity and opportunity for all children.

Originally from the Dominican Republic and now a proud citizen of the United States, Jennifer brings a multicultural perspective that enriches her educational approach. Her bilingual training not only benefits the children, but also adds cognitive, academic and social value to the program she leads.

As the director and founder of Caterpillar Bilingual Childcare Center in Plympton, Ma. Jennifer integrates professionalism, structure, regulatory compliance, high-quality education, and a warm respectful environment. Its mission is to offer a strong, safe, and thoughtfully designed bilingual program to support every stage of child development. Jennifer works daily to strengthen the school-family relationship, raise the standards of early education, and build a space where each child can thrive in an environment of respect, love, and opportunity.
